Totnes Pulse is bringing together over 25 local groups at the Civic Hall for a day all about volunteering. If you've been thinking about helping out in the community but aren't sure where to start, this is the place to find out what's on offer.
Meadowbrook will be there, and we'd love to talk to anyone interested in getting involved. That could mean:
- The pool project - helping us bring the community swimming pool back
- The charity - joining the Dartington Recreation Association, the volunteer-run charity that looks after Meadowbrook, as a trustee or in a supporting role
- The day-to-day running of the site - grounds and maintenance, workdays, events, or an hour here and there when it's needed
There's no minimum commitment and no experience needed. Come and find our stall, say hello, and we'll help you find a spot that suits the time you have.
