The pool-side fire exit currently uses decking. We'd like to replace it with a solid, well-drained concrete exit that's safe in all weathers.

What's involved

Pour a concrete slab to replace the decking, with an appropriate set of steps up.
Add a high-visibility edge.
Build a drainage gully through the slab.
Knock away some of the existing ground to create a clear ramp.
Replace the doors and frame as needed, and re-fit the hardware and signage.
Fit a metal handrail.
