On the sauna side, the fire exit steps are breaking up. Having looked at them more closely, a quick patch won't do - they need taking out and rebuilding properly.
Because this is an escape route, it's a priority safety job, but it's a bigger piece of work than a workday morning. We need a builder, materials and the funding to go with them.
